About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Find the missing socks.
ABOUT ME
I am an open minded and uncomplicated person. I like to be spontaneous and profit of everything that life brings.
Now that I'm living in a dorm at the moment it's hard to host anyone. Nevertheless I'm happy to meet couchsurfers who come to Salzburg and show them around or simply exchange about travelling.
PHILOSOPHY
People ought to do what they want to do, what else are they alive for?-James Baldwin
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I try to keep my profile current and be a great host or surfer when I'm hosted. I think it's a great thing to trust somebody you don't know and give them the possibility to be in a city or see a city like you would never do if you would go into a hostel or a hotel. You learn more interesting details about the places you go and the people you meet. (talking about a beautiful old-style apartment in Paris or a nice private party...wouldn't have seen that without CS)
There are different ways to profit of a Couchsurfing experience...I want to be open and flexible for the people I host. So wether you want to go on tours on your own or take me with you, hang out together, cook or whatsoever...
Everybody has their own travel bias and I find it interesting to see how people design their journeys.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted and surfed quite a bit already (for my means). It's always exciting to meet people who take part in the project. I really like welcoming travelers and spend time with them, just experiencing a little intercultural adventure during the everyday chaos, it makes life more interesting and thrilling. As much as I enjoy surfing a couch in another city or country. I've had very nice and generous hosts so far, open minds and open doors...that's what Couchsurfing means for me.
Interests
