Overview
About Me
I am a 23-year-old girl living in Sicily, where I study, too. I study physics at the university of Palermo. I am really interested in every form of art, especially the seventh one (as it called): cinema!
I consider myself as a stubborn person who really wants to achieve her life goals, and travel the world is one of them. Moreover, I am an AFS volunteer (AFS is an onlus that deal with exchange programm) so every year I have the oppurtunity to get in touch with lots of people coming from all over the world. When I was seventeen, I went abroad, too. I spent one of year in Japan and that experiece, that I consider as one of (or THE one) the most formative in my life, taught, how to adapt myself in difficult situation, the meaning of respect for other cultures and way of living and how I can grow as a person thanks to the power of sharing!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I think that travellers should help each other on their adventures and I strongly believe that host or to be host by some people of the place could be a special way to get in touch deeply with the culture. Then, I am always ready and curious about meeting new people :)

I really love asian movies by Sion Sono, Shinya Tsukamoto, Takeshi Miike and Wong-kar Wai. My favourite films are: Love exposure, In the mood for love, Stalker, La haine and Harold & Maude.
However, I love reading, too. My favourite books are: Demian by Hermann Hesse, The shadow of the wind and Norwegian Wood.
