About Me
First of all, I’m 22, and the fact that is says 40 is due to my youthful brilliance in picking a random birth year on Facebook...
I graduated from university in May, 2019, having studied economics, English, and German. Since then I’ve been working as a wilderness guide in rural Northern Colorado and backpacking around Central America, and I’m planning a trip to Southeast Asia in 2020. at some point in the next year or two I hope to be in law school.
I love to travel, hike, bike, climb, dive, and just generally explore.

Music, Movies, and Books
Indie/Alt rock and rap, but I listen to just about everything.
Most recent book I loved was „On the Ridge Between Life and Death“ by David Roberts. A couple others from the last little bit that I loved were „To Shake the Sleeping Self“ by Jedediah Jenkins, „Under the Banner of Heaven“ by Jon Krakauer (my hero), „Sixty Meters to Anywhere,“ and „The New American Roadtrip Mixtape,“ both by Brendan Leonard.
Not a huge movie buff, but I dig the slapstick stuff like the classic, „The Naked Gun,“ and thriller type films such as „The Hunt for the Red October.“
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hiked all the way up Scotland! There was also an incident once involving the Polish police and a peacock...

Always down to practice my German and Spanish with you! I also know a little bit about mountaineering, bikes, auto racing, and music... basically a little bit about a lot of things but not very much about anything.
