ABOUT ME
I can conjure up an interest in just about anything. When a new interest or potential skill is presented to me, I devote myself to becoming masterful in whatever it is. I love to learn new things, and expand my collection of skills; but I also love to teach things that I already know.
Born in South Florida, and spending most of my life in Atlanta, Georgia, I grew up into an outdoors-oriented family. Traveling is what I think to be the most important thing anyone can do, and I am always excited for my next journey. To experience new cultures and to make new friends around the world.

PHILOSOPHY
I don't think money is absolutely necessary to have a good time. My home is not so much a physical place; it could be in a house, a tent, or even on a park bench, as long as it's with the people I love.

Interests

I am very interested in music, especially percussion (djembe, bongos, etc.) I like to live a very active lifestyle, playing rugby and engaging in many outdoor activities like rock climbing, hiking, camping, and slacklining. Snow sports are my favorite, being an avid snowboarder and experienced skier. I am also a performer, engulfing myself in the art of Fire Poi.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of my favorite artists include Pretty Lights, Emancipator, Thievery Corporation, Bonobo, and Portugal The Man. I like house and techno music but also enjoy rock with groups like Deftones and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

There are so many great movies out there, but some of my favorites are What We Do In The Shadows, Napoleon Dynamite, Waking Life, Requiem for a Dream, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Donnie Darko. I'm generally very easy to please when it comes to movies and music.

I am a huge fan of Chuck Palahniuk and his books, or any similar writing style. I also found A Humument by Tom Phillips to be extremely interesting.

SKYDIVING!! Probably the most thrilling, yet relaxing experience of my life.

I am an extremely open minded person and have had a lot of experiences, which make for interesting conversation. I really enjoy making friends and hope to provide my hosts with a lasting friendship.
