I love being outdoors and around animals. I enjoy sports and physical activity. Music is great, so is dancing. I'd rather stay silent than fill up space with blabber, communication is not just words. A Buddhist at heart committed to regular meditation.
I like teaching and interacting with younger generation. Not working as a lawyer because I don't like paperwork and suits that much. Experienced psychonaut.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me Couchsurfing is a way to explore and enjoy - It allows me to experience unknown. It's a possibility to meet someone new, share a talk and a thought.
Thanks to Couchsurfing I've seen things that I've only read about and experienced genuine generosity. It helps me to get to know myself.

Interests

I play bass, listen to numerous genres, love live gigs and techno.
I play basketball a lot, work out to keep myself in one operating piece. Can swim, ski, play tennis, frisbee.
I practice mostly Anapanasa but also some Vipassana, Swara and Kundalini yoga, I've been to a monastery in Mandalay for 11 days which changed my life and temporarily ruined my knees, can't sit cross-legged for 8h a day...
I enjoy good tattoos. I photograph plants with my mobile.

Music, Movies, and Books

Metal, American hip-hop, lately especially from NY, techno. I like Chopin, Dvorak, Haidn, and others. The more I write the more there is to share, so maybe just ask specifically 😉
Movies make an impression on me, some of them a longer one, same for books. Watched and read a lot. Oh, I guess I'm a low profile otaky, so manga and anime for life.
