About Me

Fresh dumpster diver
Adventure seeker

You do NOT need to read my profile to send a request, it’s better to talk in person when we meet. ;) just keep in mind that we have dogs in the house 🐶

I’m 23 years old. I'm into aviation and crazy adventures. I like second hand clothes. I love to play board games. I’m dancing and singing in the shower on a daily basis. I love to participate in Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It’s a place with a bunch of interesting people, who love travelling and getting to know new countries - and I’m the one of them!

Interests

🏋️I love to work out - especially outdoors and it’s even better to workout in a group, so if you’re a sport enthusiast we can hit a great and sweaty workout together.

⛵️In 2021 I did a sailing course with my friends what turned out to be one of the greatest trips I’ve ever had. Since that time I’m really into sailing. I can also tell that running away from the storm can be very exciting.

🧁Baking cheese cakes, brownies and cakes with poppy seeds is my favourite activity for late evenings - it’s so relaxing and the results are very tasty.

✈️ Aviation - flying can be stressful, however when you’re in the air there’s nothing else you can think about (except survival).

Music, Movies, and Books

Recently after my mum played me her favourite songs form 80’s I literally couldn’t stop listening to them. You might want to hear and see the video clip of Beastie Boys - Fight for your right which is Epic as well as the song Epic by Faith No More. Song 2 by Blur is a MASTERPIECE. Apart from my new obsession about this period of music I listen to the artists like: Tom Odell, Miley Cyrus, the Wombats, Adele, Avril Lavigne etc. and to some classical music since I’ve started learning to play the piano. Techno, electronic, dance and Latino musics is a big yes for me too.

If it comes to movies I’m in love with Disney as well as all sorts of Comedies, Romantic Comedies, Action films like Yes Man, white chicks, the wrong missy…

I haven’t read many books in my life, but I’m working on it. My favourites for now are:
- Aristotle and Dante discover the secrets of the universe
- Inexplicable logic of my life
both by the same author Benjamin Alire Saenz

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) I met in London en amazing couple, who taught me how to survive in a big city without spending too much. One night they took me to dumpster dive what was an unforgettable experience for me. The food we found in the rubbish bags was tasty!

2) As a child I was interested in aviation and aerospace, but at some point of my life I totally forgot about my dreams. When I was 19, I found a quote saying “Do what you can’t”. This was a trigger for me to learn something different form the things I was usually doing and it reminded me about my childhood dreams, so I stared collecting money to get a private pilot license. After two years I managed to finish the course and obtained the private pilot license and now I’m studying aviation to become an airline pilot.

3) After the second year of high school I took a 2 months long swing through India with my schoolmates and the headteacher. The greatest experience during that trip was volunteering in Mother’s Theresa’s House in Calcuta and seeing Varanasi.

4) Running at night in the national park in Busteni - Romania was a very stupid idea, hopefully bears were not hungry that night and I learnt my lesson, so I count it as an interesting experience which I don’t regret, but would never repeat that again. Unless with someone else.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to meet a NOMAD who could teach me how to become one! and I can tech you how the airplanes fly.
