ABOUT ME

I've been living with an intense case of wanderlust for a long time now, and it is time to treat it. I live a few miles outside of Asheville by myself. My business is an organic food production business called roots. I love what I do professionally, I just need a bit of perspective. And traveling does that. So here I am. I'm also a music fanatic. Love to play guitar, bass, drums, the radio. Whatever- I just love music. I don't keep up with pop culture in the least, so I miss lots of references that people make, but I've learned to just laugh and move on. (they hardly ever notice)

PHILOSOPHY

Why do I live my life...? Hmmm, the alternative is kind of inevitable, so...
I guess my personal philosophy is, it's all about energy. Your experience with other people and with yourself is greatly enhanced with the infusion of empathy and compassion and also...boundaries. Other people's path does not have to be yours. And discerning who you want to share with is vital to staying on your path. I don't know, I could go on and on about philosophy, feelings, thoughts, etc. And maybe I will. But not now.

Well, let's see. Asheville seems to be a relatively high-demand place to visit, so I hope I'm enhancing the CS landscape by providing that resource. I'm also gonna crash on your couch, so you should know what I can provide besides a couch in Asheville. I am a courteous/considerate guest, love to cook and pitch in any way I can.

I have a 16 year old son who is a wonderful person. I've crossed into other dimensions a few times and that kicked ass.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've got a garden. My company makes the best hummus in the world. And I can cook pretty well. As far as what I might actually want to teach you, probably not anything actively, but if we share some common interests, I'm sure we'll learn from each other.
