ABOUT ME

I'm Matthieu, a bi-ethnic French person living in Glasgow since May 2022. I'm a freelance photographer and filmmaker. I'm up for anything, hosting if I can (& if it's ok with my flatmate), meeting up for drinks, food or visiting. I love meeting people so don't be afraid to hit me up if you think we'll get along!

PHILOSOPHY

I do my best to act compassionately and be a positive element for people in my day-to-day life. I try to listen, and I try to improve. I value tolerance and compassion. I'm an anarchist, vegan, etc.

I'm here to meet people, exchange knowledge and experience, and have a good time! I can currently host surfers under certain conditions (check "My Home").

Interessen

I'm very passionate about art, specifically photography. Feel free to talk about it to me if you enjoy it, practice it, or model. If you make any other type of art, I'd love to hear about it as well! Getting to know people's art is one of my most favourite things.

In 2021 I got into video and I've been self-teaching through music video jobs.

I also write, it's mostly random chaotic stuff that isn't very interesting to read.

Music takes a lot of my time - listening, sharing, exchanging. I bear no judgement over people's taste and I'll be very happy if you make me discover things, whatever the genre, and even if I don't like them. :)
I used to organise DIY punk hardcore/screamo/post rock and such gigs in France but not sure if I'll get back into it here.
