GENERAL INFO:

I prefer that you have some references in order to stay at my place. You don't necessarily need to be "verified" but if you don't have any references then you should.

I generally do not host female travelers without a male companion or groups of female travelers without at least 1 male companion. I have heard far too many horror stories from other hosts to know that I don't want any problems.

I don't allow long term stays, 2-4 days for legitimate travelers only please.

Smoking outside is okay.

I am not a neat freak at all but I do like to keep my place clean and somewhat organized so you should pick up after yourself.

I can offer you plenty of advice of things to see and do in my city, if you want to know just ask : )

I work Monday through Friday and usually home by 5 pm to 6 pm. That being said I am more then happy to show you around but I may not be able to due to work schedule.

I am also in school and often have homework to do so that may also impact my abilities to show you around.

I generally have alcohol in the house and I am open to share with you over conversation or dinner but its not a free for all, same goes for my food.

You can bring your own food if you like, I can make room in the fridge for you if needed.

If you want to go out and explore all by yourself, by all means do so.

I would prefer not to leave my home unattended, if you are visiting during the week I may have you leave when I leave for work, it is something to negotiate, I can say that the more verification and references you have the more comfortable I will be.

I live in a duplex, respect my place AND my neighbor and we are all good!

ABOUT ME:

Easy going laid back kind of guy... likes to try new things and experiences... foodie... lover of music and movies and beer! Not the cheap domestic stuff I'm talking about the many wonderful crafted beers out there... I haven't come across a craft beer that I didn't enjoy in some way or another.

I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life. I enjoy making friendships and learning about other people's experiences with travel and maybe even find someone to travel with myself! I enjoy the outdoors, camping, fishing, backpacking, and hiking.

I also recently started learning about photography, I would like to take it up as a hobby so I decided to go out and get a DSLR camera and taking a credit class in digital photography.
