ABOUT ME

i was born and raised in basel. I speak good german, english and french and can communicate well in spanish. I recently started to learn egyptian arabic. I was always around people of different nationalities, grew up in a multicultural surrounding, did an exchange year in new zealand and have been to loads of places. allthough i like snowboardin i prefere summer, which means camping, swimming, barbecues with friends and festivals to me.
i love music and good concerts.
I am not a competitive sportsdude but i love playin basket and football with friends and i like any type of watersports coz i love beaches and the sea.
I get along with most of the people I meet coz I am positive and dont judge people by appearance. I believe in open and direct communication.

PHILOSOPHY

I havent got a personal philosophy but i think we should all show more respect for eachother and try to preserve our planet. we should rise up to the task of being one planet also politically and use social networks to get our leaders to do the right thing instead of populist easy solutions, status quo politics, nationalism and imperial or neocolonial policies and attitudes. coz the world is gettin smaller and friction will increase, so we must attack our problems now.

Mainly hosting people. Surfing in case I dont know someone in the city im going to.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had only good experiences with couchsurfing, and met some really nice people. Unfortunately I did not always have the time to really get to know couchsurfers.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

ive climbed the top of mount ruhapehu in new zealand with my canadian friend and snowboards. the view was uncomparable. desert as far as u can see, a snowtopped volcanoe. after that we freerided down.

built a boat and sailed down to cologne with 6 friends.
