We are intercultural couple - he is French from Paris and she is amazing Russian beauty from the most wonderful city in the world - Saint-Petersburg (yes, as you can see, Alena is fulfilling this profile, warmth hello from my Russian soul!)
We are open-minded, active, energetic, curious, athletic, easy-going, funny sunny people.
We love sport and have a lot of different hobbies (check our list of interests)
We have a wonderful big family (okay, both of us has a big one,so now it is becoming HUGE) and a lot of friends all over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why would we be here if we wouldn't adore traveling? We love it, it is the best way to know each other, yourself, world around! But we prefer unusual travels, where you can get new experience, new knowledge, new friends and moments, that you will remember forever. Up to date, we have visited 28 countries (just in 3 of them we have been together, and most of the list Alena has visited, now Maxime doesn't know what to do with her, it looks like she was everywhere with her family!) and we are gonna make this list longer!

We are planning our first bicycle trip! We are going by bikes from Orléans to Nantes 16.08 - 23.08. We want to make our trips both interesting and a little budget, so we have decided to look for housing on the warmshower and couchsurfing websites. This is our first experience, but we are sure that we will find good people, local culture, good laugh, new hobbies, interesting talks, that maybe will even influence our future! And of course, a cozy, welcoming place to live in. Couchsurfing is the best way to find it, isn't it?
