ABOUT ME

I m a funny, easy going and open minded girl from germany, always happy to meet new people. I love life, go with the flow and enjoy the moment.
Im a Yoga Therapist and help people to find back into their balance in this crazy world.
Also I live in india during the winter months and guide tours throughout south india twice a year.

Buddha said: "the trouble is, you think you have time!" that's true, we actually don't have time, we only live once and should enjoy to the max. The present moment is the only one we have.
I love to explore, the unknown, off the beaten paths, different cultures, different food. I m so addicted to see more of this world, I can't imagine a "normal" 9-5 life anymore. I wanna be creative, I wanna change the world, i wanna make people happy and smiling and I m full of energy.

PHILOSOPHY

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift

I believe in energy, positive thinking and Karma.
And i m aware of annicca, impermanence. Everything changes. The only constant is change! That's my philosophy and that's why I try to live in the present moment with maximum happiness :)

I m a minimalist (minimal stuff, maximal happiness) it's true! The less u own the more u appreciate small things and the more happy u are. I learned a lot from homeless people and streetkids in india and in little remote villages with no luxury. These are the happiest people :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love the idea of CS... I met a lot of people and surfed their couches while travelling... the past 14 years 😊
I think its the best way to fully get to know a country. And I m so happy for all these amazing friends I met thanks to Cs.

My new hobby is finding and documenting streetart in every country I go. I believe u get to know a country better looking at walls, they always tell you something. About a country s problems, society, culture... It's pretty interesting. And u get to know soooo many nice people :)

Music: thats hard to say... It depends on my mood what kind of Music I like, but in general I m open minded for every kind of music :-)
Movies: I love movies with an unexpected ending or a completely change of the content. And deep movies which make me think. Movies about life.
Books: biographies, travel stories, ...
