ABOUT ME

I am a well rounded person with the ability to have a good time wherever I am and whatever I'm doing.
I'm starting a new Phase in my life and I am getting excited to see where it will lead me.
Its hard to give a good description of myself. So this is what my friends say about me... I'm a nice guy. I agree with that. I have the ability to crack a corny joke from time to time. That is true. I have an uncanny ability to see who a person really is without talking to them. (body language has a lot to do with it) I have been a couples counselor, a good shoulder to cry on, and have even been known to be a damn good massage therapist. I'm good with my hands! I listen more than I talk. We were born with twice as many ears than mouths for a reason. I dont think that is a coincedence.
I could go on and on, but I invite you to come hang out with me to get to know me better. or just message, either way works.

PHILOSOPHY

Dont complain about what you dont have, but be grateful for what you do. I guess that is like the saying "the glass is half full".
In all of my experiences there is some kind of life lesson. Find it, take it, and use it.
I guess if there was one philosophy I live by the most, it would be take everyday, everything, and everyone for what it is and find something in it or in them that you can take with you and use. Knowledge is power and there is an endless supply everywhere you go.
I think I've spread my philosophys throughout my page...

I'm still new yet, but I am excited to start helping in anyway.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Within the couch surfing community I have very few experiences. The ones I have had are enjoyable with the mentallity of the surfers that I have met. at happy hour meeetups and a few surfers that I ran into at burning man.
I cant wait to start building on this and running with it.

Interessen

Everything is interesting in one form or another.
I might as well elaborate though... Right now traveling is my biggest interest. I love rockclimbing. Traveling and climbing is a good combo too!
I'm interested in meeting people from all sorts of cultures and backgrounds. I am always interested in what they have to say, either funny intelligent, or deep conversation that can go on all night long
I am dabbling in homebrewing. I've made quite a few batches and every single one has turned out great.
Playing the guitar is interesting. How, for some reason I'm not as good as I want to be. A bit annoying too ;)
The biggest thing is love for nature. Just to be outdoors and enjoying breathing in fresh air where few people travel to.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

The movies that I can watch over and over again would be Breakfast club. (because of my sister) thats our movie. Love boondock saints, Hitchikers guide to the galaxy, and Dazed and confused. All Will ferrell, vince vaughn, adam sandler and Seth Rogan movies are great to watch. Good enough mix of movies there huh?!

Music... This list could be extremely long. Depending on my mood, and funny enough where I am. If I'm where I grew up(In the country and farmlands) there is country on the radio. Oldies will always put me in a good mood if I'm feeling blue. Then I'll start singing and forget about all the woe's in life! Acoustic is my go-to music. Especially since I'm learning to play the guitar. I really appreciate the sound of a guitar when I know how much it takes to be a great guitarist. One of my playlists are Jack, Dave and Eric.(Johnson, Matthews, and Hutchinson) I added Ben Harper and Jason Mraz to it as well... I love music!

Books, just like the others. It varies so much. I enjoy reading non-fictions like Thoreau, since I didnt do that much college I missed out being "forced" to read it. Also, Hitchikers guide to the galaxy is an ongoing thing. Such a big book

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

In key west when I was getting dive certified my instructor pointed out a nurse shark... I got to pet a nurse shark for one of my first dives!

Another really cool thing was Sky diving on the coastline of Kauai. Couldnt really be a more beautiful place to jump out of a plane to your possible death. I lived...

I cant forget to add climbing on Kalymnos island in Greece. Climbing massive stalagtites inverted in a cave called Grande Grotta. Amazing! DNA was the route.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

What makes me such a successful person (not really financially, but within myself) Is the power of positive thinking. Even though everyone has there tribulations, the only way to really recover is being positive! :)
I believe that everything happens for a reason, good or bad. What makes the bad managable is finding out what you can learn from it, Take that as a lesson and grow from there.
