Hello! My name is Megan and I am new to the couchsurf community. I have spent the majority of my life in Montana and love the life I live here. I have previously resided in northern Illinois. I have visited and loved a few countries in Europe, but am currently working towards a goal in the US. Baseball is my greatest passion and I am hoping to travel around the country to see my team, the Chicago Cubs, play in each stadium. I am excited to meet new people and cities and to host guests in my own home and community in the near future!

Interests

As previous stated, I love baseball. I spend my time in Montana working as a social worker in a treatment facility for teenagers. I enjoy fishing, hunting, road trips, beer, sporting events, reading, playing tennis, dancing, country music and on and on.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have always loved country music. I'm also a big Bruce Springsteen fan. I have recently gained a new appreciation for pop/hip-hop style music, due to long hours working with teenagers.

I am not a big tv/movie watcher. I do watch baseball nearly every day of the season. With this in mind, I enjoy fiction novels as a 'mindless' activity.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As a high school graduation gift, I backpacked through Ireland, England and France for almost a month. I was newly 18 and had been rather sheltered until this wonderful experience.
