ABOUT ME

***Please do NOT contact me looking for anything romantic/sexual!!! That is not the spirit of Couchsurfing and definitely not why I'm here. Sorry for the rant, but this has happened repeatedly recently :(

For obvious reasons, I cannot accept Surfers with no references + unverified. Max # of nights for surfers = 4.

I moved to the greater DC area ~6 years ago after a brief stint in Delaware, but have spent most of my life on the West Coast (all over California - Orange County/Santa Cruz/Sonoma/Monterey and a little while in Washington state).

I am a big nerd (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Dr. Who) but apparently I have fooled people into thinking I am cool. I love people (most of them) and enjoy going out to bars, hanging out with friends, exercise and hiking, and traveling whenever and however possible.

HOUSEHOLD

I have one indoor-only cat and I often also have a foster cat or two; if you're allergic or don't like cats, you shouldn't stay with me. Also, you MUST be careful to not let her outdoors!

Absolutely no drugs or illegal activities/4:20 okay I guess.
LGBTQ+ friendly and open to any nationalities.
I have a pretty tight Monday - Friday work schedule, so I usually can't hang out too much during the week :-/

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed a few times on trips across the U.S. and everyone I have hosted so far has been awesome.
I have also participated in a few pub nights, parties, and other CS community events, and would love to do more!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My buddy KG was hosting regularly when we both lived in Monterey, CA and they were all pretty awesome.
Everyone I've ever stayed with and who has ever stayed with me has been an interesting and memorable person that I feel fortunate to have met.
