What can I say or write? I don't know. Probably everyone who knows me will say that I am self confident, open for people, for everything what is new. I think that I am shy and afraid of everything.

Like you see, I am not able to write anything objectively. You have to visit us or invite us, see on your own eyes and then write something about us.

I write "US" not "ME" because I live with my girlfriend, we travel together and we are almost like lovebirds. I should say fiancée instead of girlfriend but we are young and we would like to feel even younger so I prefer to say girlfriend. Therefore hereinafter sometimes I write "I" and sometimes "we".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Good question, probably because I have to.
We love to travel. We would love to see whole world and everything on it.

I used to be rich (some time ago). Maybe not very rich but enough to go on holidays to foreign country, go sightseeing, make dreams come true. Now, after global crisis, we still can't afford to traveling as before. Maybe it sounds strange, especially for people from Western Europe or North America, but in Poland not everyone can afford to travel around the world. I am looking for cheaper alternative to see the world. This is the first reason.

The second one is that I like people, I love having a lot of friends. I love to meet with them, to spend time with them, to party with them. Unfortunately most of our friends have their own families, now they only working, working, working and have no time to meet with friends. While we are young, we feel young and we would like to spend this time with other people. Couchsurfing seems to be perfect to do so, to meet new people, to make new friends, maybe for long, long years.

We love to meet and party with friends (except of traveling of course) so our favorite music is 80's and 90's dance music.

I like modern technology so my favorite movies and books are all kind of Science-Fiction. My girlfriend, Monica, as a lot of girls, likes romances.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't think I have done something amazing so far.

I would like... No, not "ME" but "WE" would like to do something amazing in nearest future. We would like to travel around the world only with plane ticket and a few $ or € in pocket. At the same time we would like to help you to do the same if only you'll want to arrive into Poland.

Teach, Learn, Share

What can I teach you?
First of all I don't know whether I can be a teacher.
Also a few days is very short time to teach anything, I think.
I can try to teach you speaking polish a little bit.
I can answer all your questions about our country, culture, people and living in Poland, if you would be interested in. I am open minded, ask whatever you want.

Monica can teach you cooking polish meals. She is great in it, and everything she cooks is delicious.

We can show you surroundings maybe some polish cities. The nearest is Czestochowa (35km), Katowice, Bytom, Gliwice (60km). The most famous, Cracow isn't very far, about 150km, we lived there for several years.

What can we share? Everything what we have, what we will be able at certain moment, and what makes your staying with us more comfortable. We have very big house so we can offer you room for two or even four people. You can use bathroom, kitchen. You can rest in the garden if you would like. Just ask if you will need anything.

What we would like to learn from you?
We are curious about the world so the same things like we can teach you, I think.

I think the most important things in such situation:

- promise that we also do our best if you decide to visit us;
