Interests

I would say the central touchstone of my life is Buddhism and meditation practice. I am really interested in transforming the mind and heart. I am passionate about exploring what is brilliant about life, what is fresh, open, and completely worthwhile. I am dedicated to drawing on and developing great compassion in order to actually be able to help other people in a real way.
