ABOUT ME

We live in a house with a roommate and 2 small children (our daughters Crystal and Erin). Michael is a former Senior Airman with the U.S. Air Force. Emerald previously attended Lyon College for Music.

We are both country kids who love each other, our families and our friends. We are kind-hearted and willing to lend a helping hand, even if we don't have the resources. We have lived in the Batesville area for four years and have had two beautiful daughters.

We would both love to travel more, just have to find the time and resources to do so.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We would like to meet new people around town, whether they live here or are passing through. We might be able to offer our couch to travelers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our friends have crashed on my couch or in the spare bedroom a number of times. Never had the chance to surf with anyone outside our friend group.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I, Michael, went to Iraq as a member of the Air Force.

I, Emerald, had a baby without the use of drugs.

I, Michael, can teach people to cook and survive off the land. I'm willing to learn new languages and would like to learn to be more open-minded about various topics.

I, Emerald, can teach someone to shoot a gun, to sing, or to write better. Would like to learn how to trust in people.
