I am your average yogi, crossfitter, coffee feign, and adrenaline junkie. The things I love most are my family, horses, nature, laughing, adventure and spontaneity. I am a full-time nanny, and part time graduate student at the University of Santa Clara. I grew up playing soccer, water polo and track, but love any and all sports!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently developed the travel bug after visiting Europe with my Boyfriend. I now seize any amount of free time I have to travel the world. I am eager to see and experience other parts of the world besides the small bubble I grew up in. I am a people person, I love meeting new people, hearing their stories and being introduced to their lifestyle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently went to Australia to visit my cousin who was studying abroad. We spent a week exploring Sydney and then spent a few days on the Whitsundays. While there we took a helicopter ride over the Great Barrier Reef. IT WAS AMAZING!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I come from a large family. I am the second oldest of five. Lucas (23), Me (22), Teddy (21), Joseph (10) and Emma (almost 9) and Buddy (10 month old puppy). Coming from a large family teaches you many lessons but one that applies to traveling is always being able to adapt and go with the flow. I would consider myself a very easy going person.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will welcome every host with generosity, gratitude, fun stories about my life, and respect. My boyfriend and I used AIRBNB as our accommodation outlet while in Europe and had great hosts and experiences. Although, the second time around we want to meet more people native to the places we are traveling. We would love the opportunity to stay with locals!
