I prefer crossing land borders rather than flying into countries, staying with locals through couch surfing instead of opting for hotels, exploring nature spots over cities, engaging in trekking and climbing rather than sitting in a bar, savoring street food instead of dining at restaurants, and uncovering hidden gems rather than visiting touristy spots.
