I spent a month shadowing a couple of macrobiotic chefs in Japan (including Madonna’s personal chef!) I am happy to share any knowledge I have on nutrition and psychology.

I enjoy both intellectual and casual conversations, and consider myself a pretty laid-back person. I would love to share my experiences and perspectives that have shaped me as a person, and jam together to discuss the different issues of society (this can vary from dissecting the origin of social norms to talking about gender roles in society, etc).
