I decided to take a year out from university to explore Europe, meet new cool people, get new hobbies and figure out what makes me happy.

Because I believe it is a cool way to learn more about human nature and make true friends - if a stranger gives you shelter when you are tired, hungry and helpless, and treats you with respect, chances are you are going to be good friends for years to come. :)
