ABOUT ME

My name is Angelika and I'm 22 years old. Right now I'm studying biology at the University of Frankfurt.

I'm an outgoing person and I'm always interested in getting to know other cultures and therefore other people so that we can exchange opinions about all sorts of topics.
I'm an open minded person who smiles a lot. I love to have fun, go out and do crazy things.
For my friends I'm always there to talk to or just to listen to them. They know they can rely on me.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I have no space for others so I will only participate as a surfer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I never hosted or surfed myself however a good friend of mine did both. I met her Couch surfing guests and all of them were really nice people so I decided to try it myself.

Interesses

I have a whole bunch of interests. Most of them have to do with books, movies, playing video games, culture or just going out with friends and having fun and there are times when cocking and baking are fun for me. I love to eat but most of the time I let others cook for me :)
Then there is Japan. The one but not only country that fascinates me the most. I love the Japanese culture and the most of all the movies, and (stage) plays. Takarazuka for example is amazing and I dream about seeing a show in the Takarazuka theater in Tokyo.
Mangas are also part of the culture that I adore. I read Manga-stories since I'm 13. Good that most of my friends share this love with me -^.^-
A passion of me is acting. Since I'm a little girl I played in all sort of plays and in some I even sang.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I mostly prefer fantasy and crime movies as well as books but I also love to read a lot of mangas. One of my most favourite authors are Kathy Reichs and Trudi Canavan as well as some German authors who write fantasy novels like Wolfgang Hohlbein and Markus Heitz.

Beside fantasy and crime movies I love to watch Thriller and horror movies. Some of my most favourite movies are Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Pride and Prejudice, Hide and Seek, Silent Hill and Rec. There are also a lot of series I watch in my free time like Bones, Grey's Anatomy, Beeing human or Vampire Diaries.

I listen to almost every kind of music (except Hip-Hop but Tupac is ok) but in the last few years I changed my taste from Japanese Rock to Metal, Medieval music, Rock and Classic Rock. I periodically go to (metal) festivals to listen to good bands and get to know more of them.
