Hi, I’m Mikail, I’m a Kurd from Türkiye. I have been living in Portugal for 2 years. I came here to do my 2nd Erasmus (the first one was in Lithuania). After my engineering education, I continue theatre courses here. Dancing, travelling, cooking, doing gym, learning languages (I have a 987 day streak on Duolingo as of April 10th 😃), interacting with new people and cultures are some of the things I really enjoy. It is exciting to see the interaction and experiences of people here and I look forward to being a part of it. Although I got the app a few years ago, I am very new to using it. I apologize in advance for my shortcomings due to inexperience. I am always open to development and advice 🤗 Updates: Over the past year, Couchsurfing has given me more than I ever expected. Every stay turned into an opportunity for connecting, exchanging, and sharing, which turned each experience into genuine memories. I feel lucky for these moments, and I’m really looking forward to hosting the same way in the future and giving back to this community. Duolingo streak is 1139 day now (September 17th)!
