ABOUT ME

Beside my studies I worked with asylum seekers in Switzerland. I love to get know people from other countries/cultures with different experiences.

Seem I am half australian I was able to visit the beautiful nature in australia quite regularily throughout my life and visit my family.

I am a very interested person, interested in other people, countries, cultures. I like to know what's happening in the world and I just want look a bit further than my own back yard (though it is a pretty nice backyard :D ).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In our house (we are 13 people living together) we have hosted many couch surfers over the years. When we have guests it is always a pleasure to talk, sing, drink and laugh together.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far only on two trips have I stayed with couchsurfers.

In our house there have been quite a few more.

Intereses

Music, Rugby, History, Politics/actuality as well as spending quality time with friends, discussing interesting things like philosophy or international struggles for justice and equality.
Basically I'm interested in quite a few different things and I guess I also like to discuss these. Why not with a beer or two
Diving has become a very important interest of mine. I love to see the world under water, to be able to float along, to breathe even though it shouldn't be possible... love it :D

Música, películas y libros

(Swiss/aussie) Hip Hop, oldies from the 60s and 70s and used to be a metalhead.
I love reading, and I like a mix of "light" reading and serious stuff. Some of it can be about a political situation in a far off country and other stuff can be about a far off universe, where mice rule the world (Thanks Douglas Adams for the incredible "Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy")

Skydiving. One of the greatest things possible even if it does seem pretty stupid to jump out of a plane...
