Hello, we are Mikhail and Eugenia (Jane). We are travelers from St. Petersburg and we want to go to a round the world trip. When we are at home sometimes we host other travelers.

I love traveling, I'm keen on tourism (including sports), mountaineering and rock climbing, caving, hitchhiking, local history, excavations, geocaching, urban tourism, march throws, survivalism, I love skating, participating in volunteer programs. I'm learning to snowboarding. I work as a climbing instructor and industrial climber.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First of all, I am here to meet interesting people. I love looking for new places and cities. I prefer visiting not only tourist attractions, but also communicating with locals, sharing knowledge.

Unfortunately, I can seldom invite guests. But if you ask me, I can help you to find a place to sleep. I will be happy to help you to find interesting routes of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. I can give you a piece of advice about tourism in the Republic of Karelia, Pskov, Novgorod and many other regions. I'll be glad to meet and make new friends.
