About Me
Hey! I'm Milja, nice to meet you! :-)
I'm interrailing in europe and couchsurfing seems like a good way to connect with locals and also keep the rail student budget -friendly.
Things I like: sharing stories and music, art, wandering in grocery stores, nature, board games (I'll bring my favourite one called 'coup' with me), (vegan) cooking, sewing clothes, archipelago, hummus, wild camping, (bad) dancing, baklava, tightrope walking, cycling, stargazing, cilantro
I don't have any reviews due to being new here, but I have one from my workaway stay, you can check it here:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Sharing is caring! I think couch surfing takes traveling into another dimension, seeing places outside the touristy bubble and connecting with strangers. Sharing your own safe space can be vulnerable and requires trust. Trusting a complete stranger is powerful. ❤️🔥
Music, Movies, and Books
Hmm... all the music without autotune. Favorites: Kate Bush, Big Thief, Aldous Harding, the Velvet Underground, Fleetwood Mac, Anika, Saada Bonaire, Alice Phoebe Lou, Wilco, Håkan Hellström, Säkert, Kent, Cocteau Twins, Abba. And I can share my favourite finnish ones when we meet.
I rarely watch movies and even more rarely remember the titles... :-S But one that is really good is Tove, a movie about Tove Jansson – the woman who created Moomins!
I like reading but seem to have no time for it! Haruki Murakami I like a lot
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Riding over 100km on a tandem bike with my friend when we were 16. In the middle of our way there was the worst thunder I’ve ever experienced but luckily we found a house to get shelter.
