Overview
About Me
Where to begin? I know : some people called me "mini vegetable", I don't really remember why, but I think that is because I'm small and I like the colour green.
It's true, that more of the time, I feel happy and I'm smiling or laughing.
So, small, smiling and green, it's me!
But of course my real name is not minivegetable. My name is Chloé!
For me, each day can become an adventure! I think that you don't really need to spend a lot of money or to do complicate stuff for being surprised, and having fun. You just need imagination and motivation and you can live an adventure.
I think that dreams are made to be realised!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I surf couches around the world when I'm traveling. I think that's a good way to meet people and discover the local culture!
But as soon as I stopped somewhere and I have my own place I'm happy to host all nice travelers!
I've been couchsurfing in various countries, and I can say that each time people who host me made my trip better. They give so much for us! Traveling with couchsurfing is, I think, the best way to discover a country!
Interests
I'm really curious and interested in many stuff. But especially in meeting people, and spending time with friends. I love sports too: swimming, snowboarding, surfing and hiking. I also have a bit of experience in hitchhiking through Europe and Japan! Traveling and Graphic Design are my main passion.
And yes, I also like to learn how to say "I'm happy" in various languages.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like stories in general, it can be stories in a book or stories that someone tell me. So I like a lot of books.
One funny travel book :"Lonely Planet Guide to Experimental Travel".
Movies..I like animation movies like all the "Miyazaki", "U"(by Solotareff and Elissalde), "Persepolis"...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There are more than one:
Jumped in a hole on a frozen river in Lapland (Finland);
Watch a sun rise on a frozen sea (Lithuania);
Snowboarded next to a Moose (Canada);
Wore the traditional kilt (Scotland);
Camped in a big city (Japan);
Walked and drank beers on frozen Baikal's lake (Russia);
Took the Transsiberian Railway (Russia);
Traveled from Japan to Scotland without using plane: hitchhiking, ferries, buses and trains;
Surfed with sea lions on Vancouver island (Canada);
Swam with tiny speedy penguins (Galapagos islands);
Teach, Learn, Share
First I can share smiles and discussion with you!
And second, I've never really thought about what people can learn with me.. I guess I could teach you how to make crepes and other meals french style. I could also teach you or help improve your french.
My best english teacher were my friends I met in erasmus in Prague. I learnt more than ever with them! But I always have to improve more every days...
