Overview
About Me
I currently live in Germany where I am working as a full time PhD in TU Darmstadt. My research focuses on smart energy districts.
I have a very active lifestyle, my favorite thing in life is mountains and hiking them. I am a certified yoga teacher. For a while I had my own brand of designer toys.
I believe humanity´s true nature is divine, and we only have to look inside ourselves to find everything we need. All happiness and all sorrow comes from within you, and you are the embodiment of your resolutions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I can´t host anymore as I live in a one-bedroom apartment and work full time, but I had awesome Couchsurfing experiences in The Netherlands and while living in Austria. I used to spend time with my couchsurfers and we had a blast skiing, partying and cooking together.
I love science and scientific topics. If you are a scientist wanting to share his knowledge with me, from aerospace to quantum physics to making the perfect pancake, I could listen to you for hours. Explain me even only a tiny bit of the mistery of life!
I offer company for any kind of outdoor stuff and sports.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The time I saw a real snake enchanter in India. I was eight and not bothered at all from the fact that a cobra as tall as me was swinging his head side to side 20 cm from my nose. My mother turned the corner, saw the scene and got pretty scared.
When I was fifteen I swam in an isolated bay in Egypt with a group of lamantines. They were bigger than me, moved slowly and had lazy sleepy eyes. I remember how perfectly white and smooth their skin looked like. I felt very safe and wished I was a creature of the sea.
I asked to go paragliding for my 17th birthday. It was awesome.
Nature is amazing.
