The desert is another dimension, a world apart from what we know and expect. In the expanse of the dunes there are no distractions to appreciating man’s greatest treasure – his own soul. Nothing exists but the undulating sand, the expansive sky, the moon, the stars and silence. Here, there is room for meditation; reflection on the essence of life and the magic within it.
The power of the desert is omnipotent with the sudden rising of the winds, the shifting sands and the constant need to search for life giving water. The desert’s secret touch is about learning our own humility and coming away from this sacred place with each memory and experience etched into our minds, providing us with priceless treasures.

BY CAMEL TREKKING TOURS
Camel trekking is not only a fun activity for tourists, but is a part of the tradition of the country as nomads have used camels as a form of transport for centuries. Following in their footsteps is an unforgettable experience, and visitors will have a few options to choose from. The most popular camel trekking adventure is an excursion into the Sahara Desert. Traveling by camel on the ridge of a dune in the late afternoon with nothing around you but sand, tranquility and open blue sky, must be experienced and cannot be explained.

****This trip (1 Night in desert ) begins in evening, we organise the camel ride for the night in desert from a hotel near the sand dunes, The camels will be packed with foods, blankets and everything else which we will need. The trek will start right into the desert for 1:30min, We will spend the night in an equipped camp with drums music in the middle of the Sahara, this is a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the sunset and sunrise, when we arrive at the camp we walk to the high dunes to see the sunset ,It will be a magical night when the sky is clear of cover and stars sparkle and shine with intensity. During the first night, there will be a wonderful dinner around a campfire,we will spend the night in nomad tents ,In the morning we will ride the camels backing to Merzouga , you’ll have the breakfest and shower in the hotel in Merzouga.
