I am a facilitator and therapist, passionate about life, joy and self discovery.
A playful and easygoing person, a tree hugger, I love cozy conversations, cups of tea, sunrises, salsa and hugs. I am really focused on how body movement and art can heal me and others. I am an old soul that loves long walks on the sea, connecting, meditation, yoga and those magical moments of stillness.

Soy juguetona, gentil, abierta, me encanta abrazar arboles, las conversaciones ricas, el té, los amaneceres, bailar salsa y los abrazos. Hoy en día estoy muy curiosa en cómo el movimiento corporal y el arte nos ayudan a sanar. Soy un alma vieja que ama las caminatas largas en la playa, conectar, la meditación, el yoga y esos momentos mágicos de contemplación, cuando el tiempo se detiene y uno solo es este momento :)

To leave my international relations major and follow my heart at 30 when I discovered Facilitation, Yoga and Meditation.
