I am an artist and art teacher, and a very curious person with a love for learning. There is so much to learn from people who live in different places and grew up with different societal norms, so naturally, meeting locals is my favorite part of travelling.

Nature is a huge inspiration in my artistic work and I do a lot of hiking and photography while I travel. I also make art that confronts social inequalities and recently gave a TedX talk on my latest series, The Willful Blindness of Bubble Life.
