ABOUT ME

I love learning. It continues to amaze me how infinitely capable we are as humans to learn. My learning nowadays mostly comes from my yoga practice, meditation, contemplation, and observation ;) The more I learn about myself the more compassion I gain, and the more compassionate I can be towards other people. I love practicing honesty, so I really take care in choosing the words that come from me. Yoga has become the center of my life, but not just the physical practice, also the philosophy and how to apply it in daily life. Spanish is my passion, if not number one then tied with yoga. Travel is a close second/third.
Overall, it's a work in progress. And I think we're constantly in progress. So why not learn to have fun in the process? :P

Life is meant to be fun

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting certified to scuba dive in Roatan, Honduras. On the first day I was already in the ocean and seeing how beautiful it was down there. It's really like a whole
other world. My fears of being out in open water quickly disappeared as I was distracted by the peacefulness and harmony of underwater life. Oh yeah, and I swam with sharks! Such beautiful creatures. I'll tell you all about it.
