Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Currently working all over France so I can’t host at my place for now. Just looking for people to meet, have a beer with or wander around !

Interests

I’m a radio journalist. Love taking my recorder out and randomly grab people by the arm to ask them what they think of social housing policy. Even if they don't have a single clue of what it is.

Gigs (rock, indie and folk), go out with friends, spend hours binge-watching tv series, take pictures of every detail I find amusing.

I can spend hours sitting at a terrace, just listening to people around. I'm also addicted to late night conversations that slide from a topic to another. If we start talking at 11 pm, beware, I probably won't let you sleep before 3 am.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: All of Xavier Dolan, The boat that rocked, Les Tontons flingueurs (old french movie :P), The secret life of Walter Mitty, Rocky Horror Picture Show

Books: The one and only Antigone by Jean Anouilh. This play follows me everywhere since I'm 11 and I don't get tired of reading it all over again.

Music: I tend to listen compulsively to the same bands during a month before moving on. Lots of rock and folk. Lately more into Patti Smith, Jack White and Arctic Monkeys

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taking the night bus between New Delhi and Dharamsala, North India. Wasn’t entirely sure we would get there alive, but actually, we did. Most complicated journey ever. Also the funniest one.

If you don't know anything about photography, I'll be happy to help you making your first steps through all the settings etc... Same if you're learning french or want to know more about french culture and society :)

I can hardly pick things I wanna learn. Whatever hobby you wanna share, I'm in ! (okay, except from bungee jumping - I'd love to, but my heart and stomach won't let me)
