Despite that I am from Morocco (and I know most poeple have prejudices), I am a cool and open-minded guy who enjoys Life in Madrid for 12 years now. I love meeting people from different places, and help them as much as I can during their stay in Madrid (as some did when I first arrived here). I live in Chueca, in downtown.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to participate in this great project by offering my flat as a small part of couchsurfing experience that, in my opinion, can help to sort out a lot different cultures' understanding and implement some human harmony. I am a verified member since 2008, a pioneer!!!

I am very fond of music (especially hip hop and R'nB music), superheroes movies, Game of Thrones and fiction/non-fiction novels that tackle immigration issues (i.e The Namesake, by Jhumpa Lahiri).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can show you around if you've never been to Madrid before. I already have a 3 hours walking tour planned for all the guests that cover most of the interesting places in Madrid. We can share a meal we parepare together, or watch a movie on Netflix4. We can debate about politics, Couchsurfing experiences, the places where we've been before or whatever subject might interest you! But most of the time you will be on your own as well, because I respect everyone's space and privacy.
