Hi! I'm originally from NY. I'm adventurous and love to travel.

I am obsessed with beads and jewelry making and have a small jewelry business in addition to another business/job.

I’m neurodivergent and disabled and welcome folks with disabilities/neurodivergence, etc. However, unfortunately my apartment complex is not wheelchair accessible. There are 4 steps to get down to the apartment.

**I sometimes vape in the house, just FYI. You're welcome to as well. But if you don’t want me to I won’t inside. :) If you're a smoker, there's an outside area. I am a smoker too too but only outside please. I have a nice outdoor area with chairs.

Also, please note I do NOT live in New York City. I live in the Catskill mountains 2.5 hours north of NYC.

I have a very sweet 2 year old light orange cat named Emma who loves cuddles. She is indoor only so please be careful with the front door.
