Hello my name is Ali. Im From Turkey Now serious - I have studied psychology, so I know something about my city, my region, my country, which may be handy if you are going to see more than drinking in the pub :) I am more likely introvert, especially by the start of conversation. If I dont speak that much (meaning speaking non-stop), it's not because of other people or you, it's because of me. Sometimes I close myself for some short time without any reason.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Mostly I host. Sometimes I surf as well, but since I am really bad in writing requests, usually people turn me off :D I won't host you if there will be copy&paste message. If you don't bother yourself to read my profile, I won't bother myself to host you. I don't mind one-night stay, sometimes when I travel I too do not have that much time for staying at one place few nights. It's ok, I understand it.
Music, Movies, and Books
music - folk, ethnic music, classic, well, it depends. Can listen to everything, from Slayer to Grieg. movies - war dramas mostly. "The Master and Commander" and "Apocalypto" are really good movies. books - same as with music, I like everything whats good - from folk tales to Moby Dick. I really like reading and have some library at my place. Including books in 8 or 9 different languages :)
One Amazing Thing I've Done
visited 6 countries for now .
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some Turkish words or expressions. Learn - hm it depends on the teacher's skills :) Share - my alcohol, food (if I have some, I almost don't eat at home), time, of course roof over the head. Oh, I finally bought a router and there is Wi-Fi at my place to share as well.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I never come with empty hands :) Almost I do not cook (I can do some steaks or other simply things, but this is not what I could call a cooking skill :)), but gladly will pay for a round or two if having dinner somewhere.
