ABOUT ME

Most of all, I like to relax, have fun and laugh a lot! I probably sound so lazy, but isn't it the best part of life? I'm an open minded and grounded person, very curious, that likes to discuss about everything, but more a listener than a talker. I want to live life at it's fullest, in the present moment, working at increasing general conciousness (starting with mine). I like to see the positive side of everything and am always happy - no time for regrets!

Travel is the drive of my life, as well as my friends and family. I am travelling the globe since July 2013, discovering the world and experiencing life and all its beauties. I don't know exactly where I'll go, nor exactly what I'll do. Everything is open, so many possibilities... The unknown is exhilarating!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been using CS for a long time now, have met a lot of great people through this magnificient project, have stayed over some very nice people and hosted quite a few also.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS allows you to travel while you are living your day-to-day life in your little town, and also makes your real travelling more meaningful while you have the chance to discover new places through local and friendly people.

Interests

Travelling, of course! Meeting new people, learning another language and culture, other ways to think and see the world. Yoga, meditating, contemplating, trekking, discovering, listening, writing, reading, music and so much more.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - World, underground, electronic, blues, jazz and more. The more meaningful and original, the more I like it. I always have a show to attend to, can't imagine what life would be without talented musicians.

A little bit of everything, but mostly feelgood or empowering, fantasy or science-fiction movies. And funny.

Books that make me travel and learn from other experiences at the same time. Books that make me think out of the box and go very, very deep. Ex: "Le Livre des Coïncidences" Deepak Chopra, "The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying" Sogyal Rinpoche

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Discovering Tibetan buddhism in Nepal
2) Trekking up the Anapurnas (Himalayas)
3) Paragliding over Oludeniz (south Turkey)
4) Learning Arabic in Cairo
5) Living a month with a local family in Nicaragua

Teach, Learn, Share

I learn a lot from people that have different views and experiences about life. I like it when my opinions are disturbed and I am being forced to question the things I thought were "normal". I think raising general awareness is the best way to help people to seize life and find profound happiness.
