I am Anne-lise ( named also Anicka ) and I'm french.

I am a singer & guitar player and a big traveler :) I've been living abroad those last 7 years (in Czech Republic and in Macedonia ) where I learnt a lot on many levels!

Traveling is the best school of life :)

Interests

Oh there are plenty of things I like :)

MUSIC is a big part of my life. I mostly sing covers ( such as Alanis morisette, Cramberries, U2 etc.. ) but I'm composing my own songs in French and in English. I sing in live mainly in public places and on the streets. I like to share my music everywhere where I travel to :) For Joy that is shared is multiplied..that's pretty fulfilling.

I also love NATURE. I love spending time in nature, more and more as i grow older.. Mother earth definitely as a soothing power on us.. I feel the need to connect to her more and more! Beside it she inspires me in writing songs and poems..
I'm also interested in the herbs and plants that I use for self-care and healing.

SPIRITUALITY is an area of my life that's extending more and more. I dedicate a lot of my time to personnal developpement. Meditation is part of my everyday life. I am also focused on HEALING, the physical and emotionnal body. For that I use REIKI ( I've got my second degree of REIKI, for those who know :) ) and other techniques that I have learnt along the way.
I would gladly share them with you if you feel like !

COOKING.. I am a big french eaterr haha so watch out for your fridge ! No, just kiddin :) I just appreciate very much quality food and I like to compose & discover new dishes :)
