CURRENT MISSION Finding a couch in Brisbane ABOUT ME I'm an very opend-minded girl, I like laughing and talking but generally I'm an easy person to have around. I love travelling and getting to know new people. I'm in love with New Zealand! I have even done my first skydive here which was just awesome!! I arrived here in January and I'm leaving in August because I want to study English and Economics when I'm back in Germany. PHILOSOPHY I'm really happy I decided to take a gap year after I had finished school because it's such a great experience!!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING At the moment I can't offer a couch because I live in a hostfamily myself but I like meeting new people. Feel free to ask me to show you around. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE So far, I have only been couchsurfing once in Christchurch which was a great experience. I stayed with my best friend in a students' flat and our host took us to a pub to meet his friends only 10 minutes after we had arrived at his place! We had a really good time! I think couchsurfing is great because you get to know locals so easily who can show you all the nice places tourists usually don't go to.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Before I came to New Zealand, I was travelling around in Europe by train with my best friend for one month. We did quite a lot of things spontaneously which is often the best you can do! For example, we took a bath in a fountain in Lyon and watched a beautiful sunrise. Skydiving and walking around on an active volcano are definitely two of the greatest things I've ever done!
My Interests
Friends are an important part of my life. Since I've got the mornings off I'm meeting friends I have made here for a coffee quite often. We also like going out togehter, cooking or baking and going away on trips at the weekends. Besides, I like reading, going to the movies and music! I play the guitar myself and I like going to concerts.
