About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Inspire. Explore. Listen. Share.

ABOUT ME

Curious, spirited, spontaneous and creative, I find myself adventuring more often than not. I'm at my best when I'm playing outside or with good food and good company in a warm kitchen.

I spend my time playing in powder, climbing mountains, growing food, brewing beer, cooking passionately, crafting pottery and reading and writing in spurts.

I'm also an Occupational Therapist, which, in short, is a healthcare profession that understands much about how the human body works, how to bring meaning into the things that we do and how to break down the barriers that stop us from doing things that are important to us (ex.disability, stigma). These days I'm working with preschoolers and I take it as a gift that I get to witness an abundance of happiness, growth and creativity every day.

PHILOSOPHY

"I learned this, at least, by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours."€
- Henry David Thoreau,

"All good things are wild and free."€ -• Henry David Thoreau
