New to formal couch surfing but grew up in a house with many a couch-crasher as I was raised in a backcountry trails family in Yosemite National
Park. I am excited to get to know this community and share my love of good food, quality time, and spontaneous adventure!

I have a pretty mellow personality. I am a little reserved at first, but outgoing and social once I meet someone. I am tidy and easy-going. I love cooking and sharing meals with people. There isn’t much I don’t like and I love trying new things, although I’m not much of an adrenaline junkie. At my core I love this planet and all the incredible things it contains. I’m a humanist and love all people. I believe in equity, respect, and empathy. Anti-capitalist, community first values! 💙

Looking forward to making connections while traveling and getting to know the communities I visit.

I grew up in a very rural, very small town which informed a lot of my values. In our household the definition of family extended to friends and community. This holds true for me to this day, I love feeling connected to communities and really getting to know the people in them. When I am able to make these connections while traveling, I feel a much stronger sense of place and the experience feels more rewarding, which is one of the primary reasons I am couch surfing.

I hope to host in the future, my current availability is limited by couch-surfing dogs that have taken up permanent residencies with my housemate and I.
