ABOUT ME

We are young family from Minsk. I am biologist and journalist. My husband name is Andrey or simply Otshi. He's engineer. We are openminded persons and we like animals, fun and travelling. We are not vegetarians, but we respect people who prefer that life style. So we able to make some vegetarian dishes from Indian and Belarusian cuisine. In warm period of year I go running every morning, so you can join to me if you want.
We are straight family, but we have many gay friends, which often come to visit us, so if you homophobic, you better not write us.
We are not religious people, but we like Buddhism like way of knowing and adoptioning of Universe.

We're amateurs of Asian culture, so we spend a lot of time in Asia. But in this year we're make decision to devote year for Europe in order to get into the spirit of old european cultural.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travels make us better. New friends make us better. I want to do myself better and I think this service help me in this. I like new meetings and good stories.

We couchsurfed just one time yet. It was in Vilnius, Lithuania. And it was very interested experience, we met people, who live in different country but have much more common with us than our neighbors.
It's very pleasure to meet people who think like we do :)

Interests

Music: all kind of rock (especially post-rock), reggae, folck metall.
Movies: differents. My favorite is "Gone with the wind" (yes, I'm so girl).
Books: differents. I prefer fantasy and/or filosofy literatyre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time, when I was five, I helped to cat to give birth to kittens. It was realy amazing.
