CURRENT MISSION Enjoy life, get to know the world a little more and find myself… ABOUT ME I would describe myself as outgoing in social situations but when by myself I enjoy watching a movie, reading a book or listening to music. I love to travel and started independently traveling when I was 17 years old. To date, I have travelled to over 65 countries and lived on three continents. I love to travel and see the world. I am highly interested in other cultures, languages and foods. :) Damien can strike up a conversation with almost anyone. He also loves travelling (luckily) and together we have visited almost 50 countries. PHILOSOPHY You only live once, so live like its your last day on Earth

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING We are new to Couchsurfing but I would love to improve my Spanish (its getting worse) and likewise I'd like to help others with their English. Damien is always happy to help out and fix things should you have anything needing to be fixed during our stay :) COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Only one lovely experience in Antalya, Turkey.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
Wow! I've seen and done so many amazing things!!! China alone opened up so many opportunties to learn, grow, evolve and, of course, to experience so many awesome experiences. From hiking in the terraced rice fields to having a home cooked meal with a Chinese family that I met 2 hours previously on a local bus to walking 10kms along restored and unrestored sections of the Great Wall to haggling in Chinese at local markets. I worked at an international school in China for 18 months and met so many wonderful people. But of course that is just one country! If you are interested in other travel stories, host me :)

Anyone and everyone has something to share and if we listen we might just learn something! I'm a teacher by trade so I love to teach and if anyone wants help with their English I am more than happy to provide assistance!!! :) I have not only travelled to many countries but have also lived in 3 different countries, if anyone wants some travel advice I think I am qualified to give an opinion ;) I really want to learn to speak Spanish. Damien can share his mechanical knowledge and expertise and apply it to any situation.
