I've lived in London for the last five years where the daily grind was making me restless. I decided to take a break and explore a part of the world I had never been to before: The Americas. My trip started late April, when I landed in Mexico City. The rest of my route is less organised, although I know I'll be in Cuba before reaching South America.

I worked as a travel journalist in Windhoek, Namibia for 3 months and drove across the country for work, including a brief hike into Zimbabwe.
