ABOUT ME
I am an easy to be around person, kind and open. I like moving around, meeting new people from whom I am always ready to learn, speaking foreign languages, walking, doing sports, cooking, painting, reading.
I studied international relations in Russia, Finland and Czech Republic. I have had quite various working experience, from working in an NGO on international projects to a teacher of Russian, English and French. I am now going my master's degree in Paris and who knowswhat I am gonna do next year... I keep my life an intrigue :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like travelling, planning and organizing trips, meeting new people, speaking foreign languages, discussing politics, movies, life, whatever. I can't stay at one place for a long time and I always have new ideas and plans to fulfill. I just don't understand people who say that they are bored and don't know what to do in their life. Common, the world is massive and it's massively beautiful and the life is too short! You have to enjoy every minute you have!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first surfing experience was in Belgium. From that moment I decided to always surf a couch first when planning a trip. I was not mistaken on the next trip to Italy where we went in a truly international group of four people from Russia, Georgia, the Netherlands and the South Africa. Our couch surfing experience in Bologna and Rome was just wonderful! People were so nice and cool! And I guess we learnt a lot from them about Italy and Italian way of life. The trip would not have been the same without meeting them. After all, couch surfing is not about saving money at all, it's about discovering the world and getting to know different people and different cultures. Well, that's the reason for me to move around. Maybe I am a bit idealistic, but I think we should trust people. Without trust there is no way to live our lives.
