I'm a bit of a traveler and a lot of a homebody. I've lived in a couple places throughout the world but always end up back in my home province of Alberta, Canada. I spent most of my time at work, some of it quilting, Thursday nights at the bar, too much of it driving around, not enough with my brothers (they didn't settle back in Alberta), and a decent chunk of it in my walk-in-closet-turned-bedroom-cave (drapey fabrics, twinkle lights, lots of cushions - that kind of thing).

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I used to host couchsurfers back in my university days and enjoyed it immensely. Although hosting doesn't fit with my current set-up, I'd like to get back to it again. When I travel I do like to meet people I couldn't otherwise and be more involved in the local economy - couchsurfing lets me do that.
