Overview
About Me
I think this is mostly covered in all the other sections I thoughtfully filled out...
But essentially I'm a social person who loves music, geeky things, and meeting people.
I'm new to couch surfing and travelling solo and super excited to expand my world :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Just starting to travel on my own/in the company of friends.
I'm really social, I've always hated staying on my own, and love meeting new people everywhere I go.
So I figured there's no better way to meet people than to stay with them!
Interests
I love music in lots of ways. I listen, watch and play. I'm rarely caught without some way to listen to my tunes and I attend more concerts & festivals than I can afford!
I also enjoy reading, hanging out, baking, paintball, laser tag, ice skating, drama (the acting kind), backyard parties and exploring.
I love animals, children (mostly younger ones), and helping people :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music...
My favourite bands ever are Queen and Dire Straits.
I love a lot of classic rock n roll, alternative tunes and Aussie hip hop.
I'm super into concerts and festivals and love rockin out to pretty much anything depending on my mood :)
Books...
Favourite series: Harry Potter (JK Rowling)
Favourite Stand-alone novel: The Night Circus (Erin Morgenstern)
I absolutely love reading and like to mix it up a lot between fantasy, sci-fi, drama, realistic fiction, and action/thrillers. With the occasional soppy-predicatble-romance novels thrown in there.
Movies (& TV)...
Love fantasy, adventure, and sci-fi, as well as comedies and typical chick-flicks.
Bring on Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and Doctor Who!
I'm kind of a typical Tumblr fan girl when it comes to that kind of thing, I have far too much passion for many things make believe :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watched a cow giving birth to her first calf in a shed on a little farm in Switzerland
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm social, I love to share experiences (which at 21 I'm just starting to build up) and have a good chat, and I can be quiet when I need to be.
I don't mind doing a bit of cleaning or tidying in exchange for a good night's sleep.
Also I have cooking skills - I love baking sweets, and I'm not a bad meal cook either - I can probably introduce you to something new :)
