About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy life in an ecologically sustainable fashion with my heart guiding me each step of the way.

ABOUT ME

I try my absolute best to be an open book - what you see is what you get with me. I'm an honest, caring and compassionate person who loves to socialize.

Likewise everyday I do my absolute best in life to recognize, acknowledge and appreciate all of the wonderful people and events which have happened in my life and to learn from them all.

There is little doubt that once you get to know me I'm an extrovert who thrives off bringing smiles and happiness to others lives.

I'm a vegan, straight edge and VERY open minded. I LOVE food and especially sharing it with others. At the centre of my heart is our amazing and beautiful planet Earth. I value nothing more than it and try (and sometimes fail) my best to show my love for it.

PHILOSOPHY

It's Not Fun. Don't do it. When it comes down to it life is about having fun and enjoying yourself... everything is just an obstacle towards reaching this goal.

Alex Supertramp (from the film Into the Wild) said it best I believe when he wrote in his book "Happiness is Only Real When Shared". I fundamentally believe in the power of sharing and it's ability to make the world a much better place. My decision to be a vegan reflects this belief in daily practice. I value the life of all living things tremendously and try my best to put the planet at the centre of all my decisions - I'm far from perfect though.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to help as many people looking for a place to crash as possible and hope that others out there will open their doors to me when I need it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every time I've surfed so far has been amazing! I can't say enough good things about CS! I can't wait to do more of it :) I've hosted a few times now and had a really great experience with it as well!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd be happy to share any the knowledge wisdom I've picked up throughout my life. I'd also happy to share any knowledge I have about the environment, sociology, gender studies and politics. Any advice I can give on running/biking I'd be excited to share as well.

I'd love to share any insight I can offer in how to find beauty and excitement in the mundane things in life!

I believe strongly that everyone is a teacher and learner and that we learn the most about ourselves and others in the most unexpected ways.
