CURRENT MISSION Boldly going nowhere ABOUT ME I graduated from Western Washington University and promptly moved to Japan at the ripe, tender age of 22. Why? Because the economic future for a Sociology major with little investment in the field of study led me to realize I needed an escape for a while. Nothing like spending a few years seeing the world in all its glory! Anyways I landed a job here in Utsunomiya. It's a pretty good gig and I've enjoyed my time here profusely. PHILOSOPHY My all-time favorite expression is Japanese: ä¸

My Interests
Meeting new people. It's fun, fresh, and there's always more to learn from the strangers that make up the world. Other than that, traveling, eating/cooking, and drinking. I'm pretty positive my life would be fulfilled if I had a job where I traveled around eating and drinking stuff. I know I'm not the only one.
